Danny's musical beginnings started with Piano lessons at age 5. It came very naturally since his Dad was an accomplished Organist, and Pianist. After a few years of lessons it was on to the classics which spelled the end of lessons 😊. It was at that time that the development of ear training took hold and if it could be heard, it could be played. School led the path to Symphonic (Percussion) and Jazz band (keyboards) performance including 2 years in All County Honor Band. Paid performance started at 13 with a teen band and has always been an ongoing experience through numerous bands encompassing all styles of music for decades upon decades. 20 years ago the great blessing of Church performance began which reopened the "reading" aspect of music all over again. 10 years ago he began duties at Ponte Vedra United Methodist Church as a member of Praise Band as well as accompanist for Choir. The musical journey that has been an enhancement to life itself has been rewarding, always interesting and ever evolving. Very early on the nickname "human jukebox" was hung and is carried proudly always.
